We walked and FOUND a girl named MISSY on the floor and she assured us someone will be RIGHT OVER TO OUR MACHINE IN A FEW MINUTES !! We SAT AT THAT BLACK SCREEN MACHINE FOR 1 1/2 HOURS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On FATHERS DAY and that delay RUINED OUR DINNER PLANS and OUR FATHERS DAY. I only notice this because I am an electrician. While one of the people in our group actually hit a small winning jackpot and was adding up prizes on the Build a Burger game and was up to $28 and still going,The POWER WENT OFF ! Of course the machine she was on went BLACK and did NOT COME BACK ON BECAUSE BEFORE the blackout I was noticing MANY.VLT machines were out of order and MOST every machine I played had a LOW BATTERY light on it. Also there were HARDLY ANY STAFF ON THE FLOOR SERVICING MACHINES or WAITRESSES WITH SODA AND WATER ! We had two machines side by side we pushed CALL ATTENDANT and waited about 20 minutes sitting at the machine and NOBODY EVER SHOWED UP ! UNACCEPTABLE. Two other people in my group also said the SAME THING. Now with MGM,It is a ONE WAY FUNNEL with NO WINNING. Back when it was Hardrock, I would win a little & loose a little. Some without my rewards card in and some without. Disappointment All Around ! While at MGM Sunday, I spent about $200 on machines.
